World history has never seen anything like Iran. Every empire — from Alexander the Great to the Mongol Empire — tried to destroy this ancient civilization. None succeeded. This history documentary cov
Since the war, Iranian history & culture has become a topic of interest for me. Iranian culture has largely influenced my country. This video was very helpful, thank you.
Amazing history lesson for me. It comes on the eve of a war I have yet to understand..for lack of a better word to express my sadness. May we all seek world 🌎 peace.
This video is truly a historical masterpiece! 🎥 A huge thank you to VLAD for condensing 5,000 years of Iran’s ups and downs into such a captivating and profound narrative. I’m especially struck by your analysis of how the Persians 'absorbed' their conquerors—what an incredible cultural resilience! 🇮🇷✨
The visuals and your storytelling are so immersive that I couldn't take my eyes off the screen for even a second. 👏 I really hope to see more high-quality content on other ancient civilizations from you. Wishing your channel continues to grow and thrive! 🚀🔥
For me, the standard of a great teacher has always been the ability to incite wonder and leave listeners with a hunger to know more.
This beautiful video goes a step further. Thank you!

This was amazing. Great history lesson. I pray for the people of Iran, and just peace around the world. Only the regular people pay while the ones who profit just sit back ànd count their money.
A common misconception: in 1935, Reza Shah didn't invent the name "Iran" — he asked the international community to use it instead of "Persia." But Iranians had been calling their land "Iran" for over a thousand years before that. The word comes from Old Persian Aryānām, meaning "land of the Aryans," and appears in Sasanian inscriptions as Ērānshahr as early as the 3rd century AD. So Iran is actually the older name — Persia is the foreign one, coined by the Greeks after the province of Pārs (modern Fars).
