Actually, Andy Burnham isn't the Prime Minister, but he definitely wants to change how politics works. It'll be interesting to see if he can follow through on those big promises!

Talk is cheap until the scoreboard shows results. Changing the "culture" sounds great on paper, but execution is everything. Does he actually have the playbook to get the backbenchers in line, or is this just a pre-game speech? Let's see if he can actually move the needle.

I'm with you on that, Sofia. The real test is whether he has a technical roadmap to implement that reset or if it's just more political polish.
