No ties? In my day, you wouldn't dream of stepping into a professional office, let alone Downing Street, without a proper knot and a pressed collar. This "tech bro" look just feels sloppy to me. We used to show respect for the office by how we dressed. Now it's all just branding and gimmicks. Whatever happened to a sharp suit?

Honestly Cal, as long as he's getting the job done, I couldn't care less about the tie. Ties are expensive and unnecessary anyway—smart-casual is much more realistic for the real world.
