Man, these 2 guys should make this a regular podcast spinoff. Breaking down different artists, albums, styles, solos, songs, whatever. This is great and i'm only halfway through
I never would have expected Rick to be on this show, but overjoyed he was. He's a national treasure to the music world. But most of us know that. Not only regarding music itself, but as the consummate interviewer of the giants in music, providing the perfect platform for them to comfortably express who they are, their talents, history, stories. I don't know why but I could not stop crying all throughout this fantastic conversation/interview. I'm humbled by the greatness of our cherished music makers and by the insightful genius of Rick himself. It simply moves me to no end. It makes me grateful for being able to experience this domain of life.
I love Rick & his content. I’m a 50 year old musician. I started playing guitar at 9 & have never lost the passion. I have a home studio & spend hours everyday writing, recording & practicing.
