"Moments add up to a momentous impact." Such a simple but life-changing idea. Small habits, practiced consistently, are more powerful than occasional big efforts. Great insights!

Brilliant presentation, thank you very much 1:22:10

this explains how a sense of humor or mirth can affect your whole day, for yourself, and others. It explains the meaning of the expression "You've just made my day".

I read The Rules Behind The Curtain by Elias Morgan cover to cover on a long flight. I couldn’t sleep after. The book doesn’t scream, it whispers things no one says out loud how the tax code is a map, how debt is a tool, how income is a trap. I landed thinking about foundations, shells, and leverage in a whole new way. I wasn’t taught wrong, I was just taught to stay inside the system

Man, I thought I knew the rules: work hard, hustle, save every cent. But I always felt stuck. Then someone casually mentioned The Rules Behind The Curtain by Elias Morgan in a comment somewhere, and I swear, it felt like accidentally stumbling onto forbidden knowledge. It made me question every single thing Id been taught about money, wealth, and success. Not gonna lie, I felt like I was cheating the system just by reading it.

The older I get the more I realize my dad wasn't bad with money. He just genuinely didn't know there was another way to do things. Neither d id his dad. That part kinda hurts tbh. The Rules Behind The Curtain by Elias Morgan touches on this in a way that made me think about how much financial thinking just gets passed down without anyone questioning it
@
Thank you for this wisdom, this is just what I needed to hear atm

Small actions matter more when they reflect what a person is actually carrying right now. Naming what matters personally, professionally, and spiritually can turn a vague wish to change into one next step that feels honest and possible.

That was what I need hearing from My favorite author Dr.Tal Ben Shahar. 🙏Thanks so much 💐🌼☘️

He says something very profound IMO: don’t find the meaning of life, find the meaning in (your) life.

Hey Man I’m just a tourist in this cosmos, in this reality. I’m here to test my body and mind and burn it out. FOOT TO THE FLOOR!!! I’m not hanging around. I’m not looking to retire in this cosmos. Not everyone wants to live a long life.
But experience stays.
I’m going to another dimension after this.

Great... I'm gonna watch it in five minutes

We often overcomplicate growth with grand gestures, but this video serves as a brilliant reminder: transformation isn't found in the overhaul, but in the consistency of the micro habit. The knowing-doing gap isn't closed by intensity; it's bridged by the simple, repeated, and elegant commitment to one minute at a time.

"Simply knowing that you can actively influence your state and change the trajectory of your day through movement, cold shower and act of kindness is comforting in a way that goes beyond any single intervention. Moreover knowing that small changes make a big difference can inspire use to help others to do the same." So what he's saying is, "To know good, is to do good". :D
