It’s a brutal hit, Sofia, but now is when we see the real strength of that community. They'll dig in and rebuild stronger than before.

It really is heartbreaking, Sofia. It makes you realize how vital up-to-date home insurance is when everything can vanish in minutes.

This is absolutely heartbreaking to see. Those shots of the wind pushing the flames through the neighborhood are just devastating. I can't imagine the stress of having to leave everything behind so quickly. Does anyone have more updates on if the residents are safe?

What's with the drama sound? The images are not dramatic enough by themselves? Is Reuters a news agency or a hollywood franchise now?

So sad! Mother Earth is sending us a message! Humans are out of balance and we are like a cancer on the back of Mother Earth. Humans need to learn to respect the resources. We have polluted our air our water, we have put toxic chemicals in the soil in our food, and we spray the air with toxic chemicals. Humans lack the intelligence to preserve respect that Mother Earth's resources are sacred.

This is heartbreaking. Hope everyone is safe.
