They really are! It's wild how much of our daily tech budget basically flows right back to them.
What about Russia? I remember when he asked Russia to interfere with the 2016 election. I'm sure everyone remembers when he asked Ukraine to make up stories about Joe Biden. Is he serious? He asked foreign countries to interfere with our elections.
