Dowries have been illegal in India for more than 60 years. Yet activists say the practice remains deeply embedded in society, and women continue to face harassment, abuse and even death when their hus
It’s heartbreaking that laws on paper don't change hearts and minds. I remember when people talked about "tradition" as if it were a virtue, but some traditions are just poisons in disguise. We used to believe that education would wipe these old-world mindsets away, yet here we are decades later with the same tragedies. When will greed finally stop outweighing human life?

Being given a woman plus money is crazy crazy. The women is the one supposed to be paid whatever money she wants and also her parents.
