Always interesting to see someone try to shake things up from the inside. It takes a bit of grit to call for a "cultural reset," but that's usually where the real growth happens. I wonder if the rest of the party is actually ready to listen, or if it'll just be more of the same old noise. Hope he has the patience for it.
