People-centered" sounds great in theory, but I wonder how that actually translates to the ground level. Does this mean more green spaces and affordable housing, or is it mostly about upgrading infrastructure for the sake of modernization? It would be interesting to see some specific examples of how resident feedback is being integrated into these plans.
