It's a shame that when they keep repeating how "the president" says "Iran will pay" that they don't add at least once that this is a war that same "president" STARTED!!!!

The tariffs or not scaring the canadians anymore, they have a president that has acted very wise and prudent and it is obviously clear they make international decisions after a thorough process that is in the best interest of the canadian people , our american president is a narcissistic erratic clown, the rest of the world has to be scratching their heads.Wondering how the hell did the american people put this idiot in the seat of power😮

When you have a mortgage broker and a real estate agent negotiating a nuclear drawdown I wouldn't place bets on a win.

US pays the Tariffs. The only part of Canada that it hurts is occasional sales from Canada to the US. It also impacts US inflation… so good going. The President really knows how to play himself.
@
What is the point with a Trump trade agreement?
@
Well, they can reciprocate and they can sell anything we need to other nations anc cut us out. That is entirely fair.

Instead of sending help in the forn of fire fighers and aircraft to Canada as many states and the feds have done in years past and Canada has always done in a nature disiaster Trump imposes tariffs. I will be disappointed in Canada doesn't cut off all oil, minerals and potsh to the US or impose a export fee. Why does Trump want to make an enemy of the best friend the USA has ever had?

Ugh, so true, Cal! It feels like those "drops" never actually make it to our receipts.

It’s encouraging to see numbers dropping, but I can't help but worry about how long it actually takes for that to translate to the grocery store. For people living paycheck to paycheck, a "peak" on paper doesn't always feel like relief in real time. Do we think prices will actually go down, or just stop rising so fast?
