It’s interesting that the "limited options" narrative always seems to surface when the conversation shifts toward budget flexibility. If we're strictly sticking to the current framework, aren't we just delaying an inevitable clash between the north and south? I wonder if there's actually a lack of options, or just a lack of political will to try something truly different.
