After England's heart-breaking semi-final defeat to Argentina, we look back at their journey through the 2026 World Cup, with Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane leading the way for Thomas Tuchel's side.
Absolutely gutting to watch. I can't believe we let it slip after Gordon's opener. For those of us still learning the game, how does the refereeing actually work in these high-pressure moments? It felt like so many calls went against us. Tough one to take.

Hard to watch that semi-final again, but what a run overall. Tuchel has definitely brought a different tactical discipline to the squad compared to previous cycles. I wonder if they’ll finally shake off that psychological hurdle against Argentina in the next tournament, or if the gap in temperament is just too wide? Truly heartbreaking exit.

Brutal way to go out. That Gordon goal had me thinking we finally had the run, but those late heartbreaks are the worst—like losing a perfect game on the final level. Absolute gut punch. Do you think we had the right lineup to close it out?

Absolutely shocking news. Truly a tragedy regardless of where you stood politically. Hard to wrap your head around something like this happening. Thoughts go out to her family.
