Représailles", "réponse", "dissuasion"... on connaît la chanson. On nous vend ça comme une stratégie, mais c'est surtout le meilleur moyen de s'assurer que ça ne s'arrêtera jamais. Quelqu'un a un plan pour quand on passera enfin à autre chose que ce cycle sans fin ?
