Neither of these countries are our enemies, we can work together for win-win deals and stay in North America, and give up the whole international Imperial hegemony thing when we only have a population of about 340 million. Leave that to China, and let Russia lead Europe, central Asia and the rest of its Soviet borders other than East Manchuria.
