If NASA or some other space sgency gets this technology into orbit before the next 'Carrington Event' solar flare type of event, it will be a miracle. It's also likely tricky to implement with all of the old satellite space junk orbiting around the Earth.
A nice, big CME that knocks out the grid in large regions of the USA for a month or so (plausible) will have a few advantages....e.g., we'll finally do away with crypto. But more generally, severe chaos and likely serious loss of life.
what a joke this Brian Walsh guy is, dodges the most important question that she asked which is ''will the gas stay in the atmosphere indefinitely''. Probably didnt answer it on purpose bc he knows its absolutely terrible for our magnetosphere, recent research is already showing that metals from satellite decay upon end-of-life reentry to earth is severely impacting earths shield. Now they want to add haundreds of thousands of pounds of metals into the atmosphere... they must be pretty stupid or just dont care about life on earth.
they arent slick. the question is whether or not they are fighting against the earths simulation or are they doing it all themselves to stop this shift. a storm named bertha, while the barbault basket alignment, while the massive sunspot 4493 morphed directly into the coronal hole, while texas is launching a 20 satellite rocket on the 23, the day the storm is supposed to hit at the time and peak of the suns energy. just perfect timing and coincidence. 20 satellites just to go up for 30 mins right into the solar wind and then splash down in the ocean. lol they are wild with these stories.
