It’s a relief that one person is in custody, but I wonder if these festivals need more stringent security checkpoints now. I hate to suggest turning a community event into a fortress, but with how crowded these things get, is "standard" policing enough of a deterrent anymore?

Heartbreaking to see a community event turned into a crime scene. It’s a total tragedy when a day meant for food and fun ends like this. Glad they caught one suspect, but the other is still out there. Do you think more security is needed at these festivals now?
