Honestly, I often just listen to Das and don't watch the video.

1:00 they included this just to prank Das

B20 thought it was B4 reincarnated. 😉

countdown clock competing with NASA, also, let humanity escort its spaceships for flight; can we do more of that safely, also if I was invited up to the ship qd to do practically perhaps nothing but ancillary checkouts and lookouts and lending at least some help here and there or maybe just a cameraman then that may cool to experience
@
why don't they have a dedicated path for transporting instead of sharing the road?
@
They're liquid propellants. Water hammer seems like exactly the right analogy. I'm sure a fast abort is hell on the turbo pump if not also the later parts.
@
Are they going to do another static fire or just full send?
@
This reminds me of the tv show, the thunder birds.
@
Need to pay attention to safety when working, especially in high-altitude work~
@
The venting had me cracking up😂

Thanks Das for taking the time to narrate this, I know you had a lot of stuff to do with all your equipment. Was any NSF equipment affected by the abort? I know you said you were taking everything off the roof. Did you also have to pack up anything out in the field?
@
It’s flight 13 man what do you expect?

Mara, with the way SpaceX operates, "a bit longer" usually means a few days. They'll push for another attempt as soon as those Raptors are swapped.

Welcome everyone! It's wild to see Booster 20 already getting those Raptor replacements after the abort. The pace at Starbase never seems to slow down. Do you think we'll see another attempt soon, or will these repairs take a bit longer?

9:34 The tiles on the Ship in that light looks like some kind of censor mosaic like they use in Sims or something.

It was the most awesome abort I've ever seen! So much software, and they didn't go all Blue Origin! Looking forward to seeing them go to space on Monday!
@
Are they going to swap out the boosters so that we can launch quicker since the booster that rooled out to the test sight is good to fly now?

Yes, fuel nozzle style but for jet fuel. Similar to diesel.

Ha! I love that you went with this title. I was secretly hoping for “Flight 13 aborted but booster 21 didn’t care”, but this was a close second.

Thanks again for such an amazing BTS.

I spent my entire career in software. How the frick did they do a successful shutdown after ignition? That’s the engineering marvel I wish I could study.

Elon should have went from 12 right to 14.

it is pretty good that starship has the ability to abort like this. now. IFT1 could have needed that

I love watching big stainless steel soda cans slowly moving

First, also, excellent video as always! Thank you for everything NSF!
