This is going to have massive impact on price of living.
Most people will try to find a way to leave.
Homelessness is guaranteed to skyrocket, birth rates will cash, higher education will come to a stand still and the bottom of the economy will fall out.

There is no escape, this is the end.
@
So in conclusion ....... Don't Buy until interest rates and price multiple to incomes return to normal.
@
I was planning to buy a house next year, but if interest rates dont fall id basically be paying 2k a month for a 200k house, Id rather just rent.
@
It's not the rates, it's the prices. Rates can go 12% no problem, if we get real home prices down.
@
US Govt "never going to default" is really "least likely to default". It can happen if we keep on this unsustainable path.
@
"The government's never gonna default on their debt" Are you sure about that? It defaulted in 1979. And there hasn't been a complete budget passed since 1996.
@
13:53 but they also dont have buyers. No ones buying these expensive broken down homes.
@
This is why going debt free is the way to go

The American housing market became a ponzi scheme in the 1980's when private equity was allowed to treat the housing market like it was stocks and bonds with later investors paying off earlier ones. We are just now entering the phase where the later investors do not get paid out.

People that got a 2.5% mortgage during the COVID pandemic must be laughing at the current situation.
@
I thought my 5.25% was rough. Now I’m so grateful
@
It's already impossible to buy an average house on an average income. That's me, and there is no way I could ever afford a house in this economy

We are about to have an energy crisis, a debt crisis, a housing crisis, and a financial crisis all at the same time. I think they have a word for that...
@
People are broke and the economy is trash. This is gonna get painful.
@
Is it just me or this man has made this video 20 times already saying it’s getting worse and worse

I am so tired of living in this timeline...
