The osc messages per track is fucking genius, I think you just solved some annoying problems for theater and circus and for multi speaker installations, enabling performance and improvisation in complex setups that would've typically be frozen... Can't wait to try this creatively man
Joel I’ve seen you many times, but it was when you played the now-closed Printworks, which was the UK Mecca of visual shows, that I was really inspired to get deeper into Touchdesigner and Ableton to create amateur A/V shows… I can’t express how grateful I’d be if this had a public release down the road:)
this is so sick. be kinda sick to extrapolate that arrangement view into another thing (or program) to make dj sets for when we do radio shows or whatever how we do in ableton just gotta give it some automation lanes and an export button. I think having the library / playlists all there makes it so much easier to do all of that. also is there a way to make a collection view with the playlist / folder free on the side so we can drag from left to right instead of up and down (limited space on mons up and down vs left and right)
Impressive! Even if you don’t release this to the public, I hope this gives Alpha Theta, InMusic, Serato, and the rest a huge scare. They’re not innovating, so others are. Keep up the excellent work Mau5 man.
