Lewis Goodall spoke to a representative of Liz Truss' UK CPAC organisation, Based and Bougie. The former PM has created a sister group to the American version of CPAC, which stands for Conservative Po
Based and Bougie" is such a curious choice for a name, isn't it? It sounds more like a brunch spot in Shoreditch than a political movement. I wonder if they spent a long time debating that in a boardroom, or if it just popped up on a whiteboard one Tuesday. Lewis always manages to keep these interviews so polite even when the branding is this chaotic.
''I don't believe in Left and Right in politics'' she said and proceed to complain about people on thee Left. Just because capitalism works for these grifters, they think they can use it to remove and supress people where capitalism doesn't work.
You say you don't believe in "left and right", then spend the entire interview attacking "the left". You claim the left wants to abolish democracy, capitalism and free speech without offering a shred of evidence. You repeatedly fall back on "I saw it with my own eyes" whenever you're asked to substantiate extraordinary claims.
Then there's the Pride section. Your video is titled Speaking to Degenerates at Pride, but when Lewis pressed you, it turned out you were talking about three people out of hundreds. That's not "telling uncomfortable truths" - it's deliberately using a sensational title to tar an entire event.
The irony is that you complain about people making assumptions about you while making sweeping assumptions about millions of other people. Lewis barely challenged you; he mostly just asked basic follow-up questions, and your arguments collapsed under their own weight.
The antipathy towards "illegal immigration" has literally been manufactured by the right wing press and far right political parties. It's not "normal", it's the result of a concerted authoritarian effort.
For somebody who claims "I don't believe in left and right any more..." she has some very broad and sweeping opinions about "The Left". Is this the best CPAC can put forward? Oh dear.
Oh my gosh, absolute madness is right, Cal! I honestly can't keep up with these claims, but I think the edge is still way too close to call.

Morning, everyone. Tea is poured and I'm settling in. This debate got quite heated, especially when discussing if those movements truly translate to our shores. It’s a heavy topic for a start to the day—how are we all feeling this morning? Do you think these influences are shifting our landscape?

Heavy stuff for a Tuesday. That bit about the intelligence cover-ups feels like a glitch in the system that just won't clear. Do we think he's actually playing for keeps here, or is this just a strategy to keep the base hyped? What's your take?

Then spends the next 180 seconds describing everyone as either right or left.
How are her fantasies relevant?
They exist whether she tells herself they do or don't
and she is undeniably right-wing.
Shame on LBC for platforming these idiots
