It is my day one . I hope it will be more fruitful for me.

Interesting lesson about the news. I listen to the radio and some podcast of people I trust. Some media in my country, Spain, is not to be trusted. Unfortunately fake news is something real here. Hope I can say this without offending anybody.
Felicidades on your Spanish Georgie, I couldn't resist saying this!
Thanks Georgie and Neil.

When even BBC can't utter name of lord voldemort (I*F) it was natural not to trust News

Thank you so much for this episode! It was helpful and informative! Actually, I have an opinion on it. I reckon, the mass media have hit a new low due to a lot of fake news that they are reporting. It’s not trustworthy to obtain real information from it. There are so many independent resources nowadays, that’ve overtaken the mass media in a way of providing reliable news, that people opt for them rather than relying on TV especially, young generation.

Well, as a media worker - I should say that no one did more for decreasing trust in news than social media by themselves. They became a fulltime fake and manipulation source all over the world. Just keep it in mind, when you'll scroll the feed next time.

Dispite the elemination of México by England the guys from BBC learning English make me forget that bad episode! Aunque no se porque escribo en inglés si Georgie y Neil conocen la lengua de Cervantes! 😂🎉

A New Low - The lowest level something has ever been.

The lowest point in an attire recorded history or series.

Authenticity and veracity of news flashed on Social Media has always been a cause for concern, but in India, with the entry of experienced journalists like Palki Sharma Upadhay & Ravish Kumar launching their own verified news channels on Social Media, trust levels have certainly gone up :) :) May their tribe grow :) :)

I’ve been listening to the BBC learning english podcast for 4 months, and I’m feeling my listening comprehension has improved. Now I can guess the meaning of words which I didn’t know well. I’m proud of myself! Thanks to everyone who is working hard to make podcasts and videos for listeners.💛

Careful, Cal. If he sticks with it too long, he might actually start believing the news.
