This really resonates with me. It’s so exhausting feeling like you have to work twice as hard just to prove you belong in a certain role because of gender. I love the idea of ambition being its own driver, regardless of whether it fits into a "traditional" box. Such an important conversation about breaking those invisible ceilings.
