So America can tell us who we can appointment in our government?
@
US is interfering in U.K. politician‼️
@
Trump should keep his nose out of our affairs and continue his strategy of dragging the US into the gutter.
@
What's it got to do with Trump.Just because FIFA humours the guy with a phoney peace prize that's no reason for Andy Burnham to suck up to the guy.

Trump hates the Labour Party after their wild flight

Mr Burnham. Please don't even consider taking the advice of a multi-bankrupt who has made millions from doing just that and is currently attempting to bankruot the USA along with every other country in the World bar Russia, Israel and Kim. In fact, listen to his 'advice' and then do the opposite.

MAYBE REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY, DONT SUPPOERT THEM SO THEY GET IN. ANYWAY, NO TO THE MILABANDS
@
Here we go again Interference
Roll out the hold over barrel for Burnham’s state visit
Best to say your too busy for important matters

Sounds like Trump drawing a line in the sand and Burnham doesn’t know he is even on a beach
@
Having seen the quality of Trump's top table, he's in no position to advise any government that is not intent on its own self-destruction.

Advice to new PM. Trump and Piles have the same effect. Sadly only piles has an ointment to relieve the itch.
@
Trump has divided his own country. Don’t let him divide the UK - that’s exactly what he wants.
@
Why on earth would Britain care what Trump says. The man is barking mad and out of control and out ambassador in Washington needs to issue a clear statement that interference in the politics of another country is not acceptable.
@
keep out of our countries politics
@
Burnham will do well to distance himself from the rattlesnake occupying the Oval Office.
@
Wow... for a President who continually complains about election interference...Trump sure does like to interfere in the elections of others.

Can’t the Trumpocracy mind his own business anyway.
@
Surely the real question should be, does President Trump actually care about Burnham?

Interesting glimpse into the diplomatic gears turning behind the scenes. It makes me wonder how much these types of early "warnings" actually influence UK appointments versus just being posturing for the new administration. Curious if we'll see more of this direct interference in cabinet choices moving forward.

I'm just here for the drama and the storytelling, Phil, but I get that politics can feel like too much sometimes.
