Gas prices are on their way up again as the U.S. and Iran continue to launch strikes at each other and ship traffic in the Strait of Hormuz dries up. Lindsey Reiser has more.
All because of a completely avoidable war. Obama's Iranian nuclear deal was working perfectly fine but Trump had to axe it simply because it had Obama's name on it. That's the only reason we're all paying so much for gas right now. It's all because of his massive ego and hate for Obama. He had to do away with anything Barack touched.
It is simply amazing! Prices go up overnight when there is any excuse, but when price by the barrel drops it takes weeks or more to "adjust" it down. It is a simple case of price gouging. I guess these oil companies wait to buy at the highest price possible and forward that to the consumer. Any person who studies business knows it is a racket. Just like credit cards, or bank accounts, they deduct from your balance immediately, but it takes 7 to 10 days to refund a credit.
Well... It's expected, isn't it? Renew hostilities and blockades... Gas prices are gonna go up. The question should be how much higher it is expected to go. Oil reserves around the world, including the US, are drying up.
This shouldn't be news. The news should be that CEO'S are crooked corrupt and will never take a loss to keep prices lower. Pass the cost to the poor and workers while the rich and greedy make more. America, all hale the capitalist country where profit is king and corporations run the country
